The play was great. Loved the window on the back wall. It set the scene. Lots of dialogue. The actors did really well.

All of the cast members were strong— very good singers and actors which made the audience relax and relate to them. A feel good performance all around!!

Christmas on the Air was a heartwarming play.

There was great interaction between the cast; they were always “listening” to each other. Great comradarie. They were well suited to bring out the theme of the play together. Wonderful work!
A nostalgic holiday comedy filled with heart, harmony… and a little havoc!
Step back in time to Christmas Eve, 1949, where the cozy charm of a small-town radio station comes to life on stage. Christmas On The Air invites you behind the mic at CKOL Prairie Radio as they attempt to deliver the perfect holiday broadcast... live, and in front of a studio audience!
This festive musical variety show blends beloved carols, heartwarming stories, and delightful vintage flair with all the backstage chaos you’d expect from a last-minute Christmas production. And when a new weather reporter arrives with an unexpected surprise (a baby no one knew about) the show’s carefully planned program teeters on the edge of disaster… and holiday magic.
With romance in the air, a snowstorm on the horizon, and sound effects happening in real time, this feel-good play is a joyful celebration of family, forgiveness, and the timeless spirit of the season.
Enjoy evening and matinee performances, as well as beverage service before the show and during intermission.
